Question:If I have my own cycling shoes will they click into the bike petals?
Answer:
This trainer is compatible with SPD pedals but does not come with them. My daughter bought this bike, and this evening I guided her through the process of replacing standard cage pedals with SPD 520 pedals and through the process of installation of cleats on her cycling shoes. For indoor cycling, I would recommend mountain bike style shoes with recessed cleats, to protect your floors.
