After power on, the buzzer will sound "Bi", then enter the normal display mode, the weight (W) will show 50KG, time (T), lap (L), calories (C) will show 0.
There are four keys: ON key, SET key, UP key and DN key.
The specific functions of each key are as follows.
ON key: acts as the power on and reset function.
SET key: single press SET key to enter setting mode, after entering setting mode, you can single press SET key to switch between weight (W), time (T) and lap (L), in order of weight (W), time (T) and lap (L), exit setting, the whole setting cannot be skipped. In the setting mode, no count is made,When jumping rope has been started (sport mode), press SET key can not enter setting mode, press ON key to reset and enter setting mode or sport mode.
UP key and DN key:After entering the setting mode,you can adjust by pressing UP and DN key,single press to add or subtract. Long press to add or subtract quickly.
When using for the first time, set the user's weight first to make the calorie count more accurate, after power off you need to set the weight again.
Setting range: 0.00-60:00, when the clock is counted down to 0, the buzzer will beep "BI-BI". And stop counting.
If you want a normal unlimited number of rope skipping, press the ON button to reset the normal count.
5、Lap count (L)
Measure the number of laps of skipping rope. After setting the number of laps, the buzzer will beep "BI-BI" when the number of laps reaches 0 and stop counting. If you want to have a normal jumping fly with no limit. Press the ON button to reset and count normally.
Measuring range: 0-999 calories, measuring the calories consumed from the start of exercise to the stop of exercise (i.e. calories).
Without removing the battery, there is a memory function, which can remember the time, number of laps and calories of the last rope skipping. Press UP when the machine is switched on, you can call up the last record.
No movement signal input within 1 minute, no button pressed, the skipping rope automatically shut down.
