A ‘Proof Of Purchase’ (order receipt) will be needed when inquiring for warranty services or parts requests. This can be a screenshot of your online purchase, or a scanned copy of a physical receipt. A proof of purchase MUST contain:

Date of Shipment
Have your product Serial # handy (found on a sticker on the base of your product).
Have your product Model # handy (found on the base of your product, and/or on your proof of purchase receipt)
When inquiring for specific replacement parts, have the part# and part description handy (found from the Product User Manual)
